LiveOne (LVO) is expanding its PPVOne partnership to distribute Bare Knuckle Ice Wars’ Sept. 5 championship card live on pay-per-view, featuring UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz and three title fights on a sold-out card. Ice Wars arrives with recent momentum — a national ESPN debut, >15 million social views and BKFC ownership links — and PPVOne has historically generated more than $30M in revenue and ~$5M in EBITDA across 250+ livestreams and 200+ countries.
LiveOne Q1 Fiscal 2027: $19.4M revenue, $4.3M adjusted EBITDA; PodcastOne posts $16.1M
LiveOne reported record Q1 Fiscal 2027 revenue of $19.4M and Adjusted EBITDA of $4.3M (a $6.1M YoY improvement), driven largely by PodcastOne which posted a record $16.1M and reached a Podtrac #6 ranking. GAAP net loss narrowed to $3.1M, cash increased by $3.3M and total liabilities fell by $5.5M, but the company still shows a stockholders' deficit and carries convertible debt on its balance sheet.

LiveOne (LVO) said it will release Q1 FY2027 results and host a webcast on August 12, and expects continued year-over-year growth in revenue and Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter.
