MOBX signs LOI to acquire Vision Aerial, U.S. drone maker

Mobix Labs (MOBX) announced a binding letter of intent to acquire Vision Aerial, a U.S.-based builder of drones that the companies say has growing revenue, a rising backlog and traction in government, public safety, energy and infrastructure markets. The deal is pitched to combine Vision Aerial's U.S.-built platforms with Mobix's electronics, RF and sensing capabilities to accelerate growth as demand for trusted aerial intelligence rises. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements, due diligence and customary closing conditions and may not be completed.
