When Data Decisions asks whether a position remains open, compare the number of shares with your broker statement. Confirm it only when the statement supports the quantity; otherwise review the statement details and correct the factual issue.
Choose the current trade type
After a position is confirmed, choose the description that matches your current intent.
The available trade types describe an already confirmed position. Time held never chooses a type automatically, and selecting a type does not alter the original executions.
