Review the mapping and import result

Understand what happens after a statement is saved and when a follow-up is needed.

Open Trade Tracker

Map a new format

Choose the required statement columns only when TraderLink cannot recognize the layout.

For a new format, first confirm the broker, then choose the columns TraderLink should use before saving the statement. Known formats do not need this step. Correct the mapping when a column does not match the broker statement.

Unknown is better than guessed

Leave an unavailable fact unavailable rather than entering an invented value just to complete a field.

After the import completes

Review the Import history and follow up only when a specific factual question remains.

A completed import appears in Import history. Accepted executions join the same Trade Tracker history as manual entries. If a genuine duplicate, contradiction or missing fact needs attention, TradersLink directs only that item to Data Decisions.

See how to answer a factual follow-up without hiding unrelated valid trades.
