Insiders Buying in Defense/NatSec Tech — edgeTI Chair & CEO, Honeywell and Karman Make Market Purchases
Insiders across five defense and national-security tech companies reported open-market purchases since early September, notably Edge Total Intelligence’s chair (170k shares) and CEO (150k shares), a Honeywell Aerospace director who bought $998.4k of stock, and three Karman directors who bought roughly $1.04M combined. Insider buys are a visible alignment signal because they cost personal capital, but sizes vary by company and do not guarantee future performance or signal new contracts or earnings catalysts. Timing: Same-day dilution is possible only if the company starts sales under the facility, and the press release does not say when that could happen.

SSI will serve as lead systems integrator using a phased "vertical slice" approach (containerization, automated testing, DevSecOps, technical documentation) to modernize carrier-based flight operations software—a win the company says expands its higher-value Navy modernization work and strengthens its software/DevSecOps credentials.
