Vertical Aerospace signs long-term suppliers: ANH for seats, Northrop Grumman LITEF for inertial nav on Valo eVTOL
EVTL filed SEC Form 6-K. The filing states ANH holds EASA Design and Production Organisation Approvals and will use its 30G energy-absorption seat technology, NG LITEF's LCR-110 meets applicable EASA/FAA technical standards, and Vertical reiterates it has about 1,500 Valo pre-orders, but discloses no financial terms, delivery schedules, or pricing.

Vertical Aerospace to sell 33.33M units for $35M — 1 share + 1 immediately‐exercisable $2 warrant
EVTL filed SEC Form 424B5. Vertical Aerospace is offering 33,333,334 Units at $1.05 each (aggregate $35.0M); each Unit contains one ordinary share (issued at closing) and one Tranche C Warrant, with estimated proceeds to the company of $32.55M before expenses, causing immediate share issuance and dilution at closing. Each Tranche C Warrant is immediately exercisable for one ordinary share at $2.00 (4‐year expiry) and the shares issuable upon exercise are registered, creating a material potential future overhang if warrants are exercised; the filing does not specify a closing date.
Vertical Aerospace joins EU Project VERTI-GO to integrate eVTOLs into European airspace
Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) and Honeywell have joined Project VERTI-GO, an EU-funded industry-regulator collaboration to develop the operational framework for safely integrating eVTOLs into everyday European airspace using simulations and demonstrations. The program includes planned flight demonstrations of Vertical’s Valo between Malaga and Marbella and is positioned as Europe’s equivalent to the FAA’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program, which could help speed regulatory acceptance and commercial rollout but does not guarantee certification or revenue.
EVTL inks MoU with Near Earth to add autonomy to Valo for uncrewed defense and commercial ops
Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Near Earth Autonomy to integrate Near Earth’s autonomous flight systems with Valo’s Honeywell Anthem avionics, aiming to enable near-term uncrewed defense missions and create a roadmap toward increasingly automated commercial passenger operations. The partnership leverages Near Earth’s decade-plus autonomy experience (including military programs and >12,000 flights) and Valo’s common eVTOL/hybrid platform, but the MoU is non-binding and the announcement contains no certification timeline, firm contracts, or immediate revenue commitments.
